I started visiting Christian at PS&W after developing hip & shoulder problems caused by past injuries. The therapy I received during my visits, combined with the exercises and stretching program he gave me, helped me take control over the pain and movement problems I had been experiencing. Throughout the process he took the time to clearly explain what was causing my problems and how we should address each problem. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Christian at PS&W. With his help, I now have a good handle on issues that had plagued me for years. It’s been a game changer.
